The Network for Aquatic Bodywork NAKA offers an exceptional collective professional liability insurance policy to therapists which also includes all other paramedical and complementary therapy methods.

Exceptional because:

CHF 10,000,000 per insurance year for personal and material damage for CHF 75.00 a year
CHF 5,000,000 costs for personal liability when travelling on business
CHF 250,000 costs for legal protection in criminal proceedings
Gross negligence
Clothing damage
Damage prevention costs
Damage to rented, leased or rented office, shop or salesroom premises, including office telecommunications systems and equipment
Loss of issued keys
Complementary therapy methods
Naturopathy activity and natural medicine
Medical and paramedical activities (e.g. midwife, masseur, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nursing professional, etc.)*
Delivery and running of courses, training, swimming lessons and wellness weeks/weekends

* (If additional methods are to be included in the insurance, they must be registered with the Network for Aquatic Bodywork by the end of September and the relevant diplomas must be submitted. The new methods will then be included in the insurance from the new year.)
